The speed dating event starts at 6:30pm in the speed dating room of out gather.town space, which is located inside of the virtual conference venue. Please sign up through the invote link provided in the participation information.

Live Concert

We are organizing a multicultural hybrid concert (starting 7pm) which you can enjoy online and which we can join in person! For this concert, we have invited two musicians from China and Bangladesh. A recording of the concert is now available below.

Our two international musicians are:

Sani MD Ismail

Digital Design Engineer, COMMSOLID, Dresden

SANI MD ISMAIL is a Bangladeshi ASIC Design Engineer is living in Dresden since 2013. He completed his master’s (Nanoelectronic Systems) from TU Dresden in 2016 before starting his career in the semiconductor industry. Apart from engineering, Sani is interested in Music which extends to composing, playing piano, and doing live performances.

Jing Wang

PhD Student, Technische Universität Dresden

Jing Wang is originally from China and doing her PhD in the chair of System Biology and Genetics at TU Dresden. She completed her master’s (Biotechnology and Applied Ecology) from TU Dresden in 2019. Apart from that, she is an excellent traditional Chinese flute player. She worked as the principal performer in the Modern Chinese Orchestra of Beijing University of Science and Technology for 4 years.
